****New Class**** Yoga Sanctuary will be hosted by OMZ Yoga at 1683 NorthPark Drive, 2nd Floor above Crossfit, Register at omzyoga.com and reserve your spot with a donation of $10-$20 per class. Classes run Sunday’s 10am-11:30am starting on October 20, 2019.
Below are a few introductory videos if you are new to Yoga!
- The First video is a low impact way to move the spine in 6 different directions waking up the body and the brain.
- The Second video is an introduction to Sun Salutation A & B.
- The Third video is a meditation based off of a quality breathing exercise I learned from reading Andrea S Cohen’s Practicing the Art of Compassionate Listening.
- The Fourth video is a loving kindness meditation in the form that I began to practice in the fall of 2018.
- The Fifth video is a 45 min class that I led up in the mountains of New Mexico.
