Our Advent Series at Kingwood Christian Church was based on Chris Rice’s song, “Welcome to our World.” I wrote this call to worship based on our exploration of this beautiful song.
One– The wait is over. The Time has come. Tonight we welcome the Holy One.
All—- Welcome to our world!
One– Heaven and earth meet as sweet little fingers grip our hand
Asking us to join him in bringing peace to our land.
All— Welcome to our world!
One– In him God’s word, God’s love, God’s dream takes our flesh
Teaching us what it means to live in Holiness.
All—- Welcome to our World!
One– Come now, good friends, join us as we sing
Welcome to our new born king
All— Welcome to our world!
