You will need scissors, glue, colored pens, poster board, and magazines.
If you draw, then you might not need magazines. You could just begin drawing all the ideas in your head.
When you feel complete like every thought connected to your project is represented, then hang the poster somewhere that you can see it everyday. Begin to notice connections between ideas or words that more clearly express the message of your heart. I am still adding to mine, but here is what it looks like so far.
Continue the meditation and Sun A/Sun B practice before spending time with your project.
