Time to take a Significant Pause from all the cooking and shopping and begin to draw inward.
I am traveling home today, so my challenge is to find time to pause during the rush of making our flight on time, getting to our connection and loving my tribe even on the last leg of the journey.
I am going to find time to sit and listen to my breath. I hope you will join me.
